Crescent Wood Country Estate has a number of recreational and sporting facilities that can be enjoyed by all who live in the Estate.
The Club House is available for rental for parties, events, functions, by Residents who have to hire their own chairs, tables and anything else from appropriate service providers. The Club House comes with a braai area, kitchen and the usual toilet facilities.
Please note that the Club House is available between 08h00 and 22h00 and can only accommodate 35 guests and 15 parking bays are available for use by guests.
Please be advised that if you are intending to book the Club House for an event, there are additional documents that you need to read and complete and send to adeleo@trafalgar.co.za. Further note that confirmation will be finalised once the relevant documents and payment has been received and processed by Trafalgar Property Management.
Let your children make the most of the Crescent Wood Country Estate lifestyle by taking them to the facilities including jungle gyms and a sand pit that cater for our younger residents. Bring along a blanket and enjoy an afternoon with your children in this secure, child friendly environment.
The Estate boasts a number of designated Parks that are home to indigenous trees and vegetation. Whether taking a walk around the dam area or enjoying the sounds of birds singing in these Parks, the Parks provide our Residents with the opportunity to experience country living in the midst of the hustle and bustle of city living.
The Board Room situated in the vicinity of the Club House and can be booked at no cost for meetings. To make use of the Board Room, please book the facility using our online facility booking system.
Crescent Wood has a pristine pool, tennis court, squash court and a beach volleyball court that can be enjoyed by Residents. For those not actively participating in the fun and games, there are ample areas around the facilities for you to sit and take in the action.
With the exception of the Squash Court, that needs booking using our online facility booking system, these facilities can be accessed as and when needed between 6am up until 8pm daily.
The Estate also boosts an action soccer pitch and cricket practice facility where friends and family can enjoy spending time together. These facilities do not need to be reserved.
